BBB Fall Preview: Time Stands Still

Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies’ Tony® nominated TIME STANDS STILL, which enjoyed an extended sold-out run at Manhattan Theatre Club will resume performances at the Cort Theatre this fall. TIME STANDS STILL will feature returning cast members Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award winner Laura Linney, Tony Award® nominee Brian d’Arcy James and  acclaimed actor and playwright Eric Bogosian. Golden Globe® nominee Christina Ricci joins the cast.

TIME STANDS STILL follows Sarah (Laura Linney) and James (Brian d’Arcy James), a photojournalist and a foreign correspondent trying to find happiness in a world that seems to have gone crazy.  Theirs is a partnership based on telling the toughest stories and together, making a difference. But when their own story takes a sudden turn, the adventurous couple confronts the prospect of a more conventional life… and everything changes – in a flash.

Christina Ricci, acclaimed Golden Globe and Emmy nominated actress, will make her Broadway debut in TIME STANDS STILL when the Tony nominated Best Play resumes performances September 23, 2010 on Broadway at a Shubert theatre to be announced.
