Jersey Boys Sensational in San Antonio

JERSEY BOYS IS

IN SENSATIONAL

SAN ANTONIO EXPRESS-NEWS

The San Antonio’s Express-News’ Deborah Martin raves “JERSEY BOYS is irresistible.   All of the actors are solid, but a lot of the show hinges on Joseph Leo Bwarie, and he delivers.  A lot of the audience responded to the show as if it were a straight concert. The standing ovation started before the lights came up for the curtain call, and most of the crowd stuck around all the way to the last note, some of them dancing along, as if they were waiting for an encore.”  To read the entire review, click here:

SAN ANTONIO CURRENT

The San Antonio Current’s Thomas Jenkins writes “JERSEY BOYS is undeniably entertaining — with some dynamite performances — as well as almost eerily cinematic in its fluidity.  As Frankie Valli, Joseph Leo Bwarie indeed sings like an angel; and Matt Bailey, Steve Gouveia, and Quinn VanAntwerp round out the quartet with solid performances.” To read the entire review, click here:  http://sacurrent.com/arts/story.asp?id=71544

BROADAY WORLD.COM

BroadwayWorld.com’s Erin Privratsky writes “Featuring hit classics like “Earth Angel,” “Sherry,” “Big Girls Don’t Cry,) “December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night),” and more, JERSEY BOYS – one of the hottest tickets on Broadway – is a gem of a show to grace the Majestic stage and San Antonio is lucky to have received it.  Oh, and feel free to get up and dance and sing along during the encore!”  To read the entire review, click here:
