On Broadway at Studio 54

The cast of Brief Encounter will be featured on Sirius XM’s On Broadway channel beginning this weekend. Tune in to hear special in studio performances and interviews with the entire company. Brief Encounter will be featured on “Broadway Names with Julie James” on Saturday November 20th at 8PM, Sunday November 21st at 12PM, Wednesday November 24th 7AM, Thursday November 25th at 9PM.

Roundabout Theatre Company (Todd Haimes, Artistic Director) in association with

David Pugh & Dafydd Rogers and Cineworld is pleased to present Kneehigh Theatre’s production of Noël Coward’s Brief Encounter, adapted and directed by Emma Rice.

The cast includes Joseph Alessi (Albert/Fred), Dorothy Atkinson (Beryl), Damon Daunno (Bill/Bobbie), Gabriel Ebert (Stanley), Edward Jay (Musician), Annette McLaughlin (Myrtle), Adam Pleeth (Musician), Tristan Sturrock (Alec), Hannah Yelland (Laura).

Brief Encounter opened officially on Tuesday, September 28th, 2010 at Studio 54 on Broadway (254 West 54th Street).  This limited engagement was extended four weeks through Sunday, January 2nd, 2011.

Brief Encounter is an imaginative new work that combines elements of Noël Coward’s beloved screenplay, and the one act play on which it was based, with song, dance and Technicolor displays of emotion.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE:

Brief Encounter plays Tuesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00PM with a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2:00PM.  Beginning December 7th the show will play Tuesdays at 7:00PM, Wednesday through Saturday evenings at 8:00PM with a Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday matinee at 2:00PM.

For the weeks of Christmas and New Years (December 20th – January 2nd), the schedule will be:
