TIME STANDS STILL’S

LAURA LINNEY TO APPEAR ON

“THE NATE BERKUS SHOW” FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 12

Laura Linney, who is currently playing photojournalist Sarah Goodwin in the acclaimed Tony Award nominated play, TIME STANDS STILL, will appear on the Friday, November 12 episode of “The Nate Berkus Show.”

“The Nate Berkus Show” airs in New York on NBC, channel 4, between 3:00PM – 4:00PM. Check local listings for airings outside of New York.

TIME STANDS STILL, the hit play by Pulitzer Prize winner Donald Margulies, directed by Tony Award winner Daniel Sullivan, stars Laura Linney, Brian d’Arcy James, Eric Bogosian, and Christina Ricci.

TIME STANDS STILL, which enjoyed an extended sold-out run at Manhattan Theatre Club’s Samuel J. Friedman Theatre this spring, re-opened on Thursday, October 7 at Broadway’s Cort Theatre (138 West 48th Street) to rave reviews including:

“INTELLIGENT, ABSORBING and MOVING. New plays of substance remain rare on Broadway, which makes Time Stands Still AS BRAVE AS IT IS UNUSUAL. The jolts of heightened drama spring at you with UNNERVING FEROCITY. ”

– Charles Isherwood, The New York Times

“Laura Linney is DAZZLING.”

-Linda Winer, Newsday

TIME STANDS STILL follows Sarah and James (Laura Linney and Brian d’Arcy James), a photojournalist and a foreign correspondent trying to find happiness in a world that seems to have gone crazy.  Theirs is a partnership based on telling the toughest stories and together, making a difference. But when their own story takes a sudden turn, the adventurous couple confronts the prospect of a more conventional life… and everything changes – in a flash.
