“Propelled by SCHREIBER’S UNCANNY, INCANDESCENT performance. Saturnine and strapping, SCHREIBER is a perfect emotional fit… both mysterious and dangerous, and compelling to watch.” – John Lahr, The New Yorker
“NOTHING PREPARES US FOR THE SHATTERING GRANDEUR OF LIEV SCHREIBER. It’s an AMAZING PERFORMANCE, AS MONUMENTAL AS IT IS INTIMATE AND HUMAN. He lets himself reveal all the tenderness, confusion and catastrophic passion of Eddie Carbone.” – Linda Winer, Newsday
“Liev Schreiber is MESMERIZING.” – Michael Kuchwara, Associated Press
“Liev Schreiber brings a BLISTERING INTENSITY to the role; there’s as much power in his silences and baleful glances as in his anger.” – David Rooney, Variety
